Moms4Moms Membership Terms and Conditions
By purchasing and participating in the Moms4Moms membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect the sustainability, safety, and integrity of our community.
Membership Access and Use
Moms4Moms is a community-based membership offering events, gatherings, resources, and connection opportunities for mothers. Membership benefits are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
Payments and Billing
Memberships are billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout. By purchasing a membership, you authorize automatic recurring billing until you cancel.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for unused time, missed events, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
Events and Scheduling
Event dates, locations, formats, and offerings are subject to change based on availability, weather, venue requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Moms4Moms reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events when necessary.
No monetary refunds will be provided for event changes or cancellations. When possible, alternative events or experiences may be offered.
Community Expectations
Moms4Moms is a supportive, inclusive, and respectful space. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Moms4Moms reserves the right to revoke membership access without refund if a member’s behavior is deemed harmful to the community, violates these terms, or compromises the safety or well-being of others.
Health and Emotional Support Disclaimer
Moms4Moms provides peer support, education, and community connection. It does not provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic services. Participation in any discussion, event, or activity is voluntary and at your own discretion.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek support from a licensed professional or emergency services.
Assumption of Risk and Liability
By participating in Moms4Moms events and activities, you acknowledge that there may be inherent risks involved, including but not limited to physical activity, emotional discussions, and group gatherings.
You agree to release and hold harmless Moms4Moms, its founder, volunteers, collaborators, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the membership or events, except where prohibited by law.
Media and Photography
By attending Moms4Moms events, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event host in advance.
Intellectual Property
All Moms4Moms content, branding, materials, and communications are the intellectual property of Moms4Moms and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
Changes to Terms
Moms4Moms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
